Got a problem you can't get to the bottom of? I'll be happy to visit you and see if I can get to the bottom of it. Call me first so I can make an assesemant.

If I am unable to determine the cause of the problem, then there is no charge. It's that simple.

There is a fee of £100 (£150 within M25) if I can establish the cause of your problem within 8 hours. Any further work to rectify the problem will be charged as an additional job, but only if it goes (or is liklely to go) beyond the initial 8 hours already used.
