Payment Options
On completion of work, you also have the option of paying using the methods below using your own computer. Which is then verified whilst on-site with the engineer.
Pre-Paid Telephone Support
I also offer pre-paid telephone support charged at £40 per hour (charged in 1 hour blocks). Call first before making any payment.
Remote Support
I can provide remote support through the use of remote assistance built into Windows Live Messenger. The charge for this is £40 per hour (charged in 1 hour blocks). If you have some work that may be possible to achieve with remote support (software installation/upgrades, configuration, troubleshooting etc), then please call. The first hour is paid prior to starting work. However, you are not charged for the initial establishement and verification of the remote connection reliability. I would also discuss first whether the work is likely to achievable or whether an on-site visit is best.
