Beginners

By far the highest proportion of my customers who are new to using computers, are the older generation. And for this reason alone, I want to make my services available to you.

Having spent over 15 years helping every variety of person use their computer, I have a pretty good idea what people don't want to hear. Especially the older generation.

What I am offering is a geek free approach to help you understand. I wont tell you what I think you should know. Instead, I will explain to you what you want to know. And at your pace. I wont bombard you with unnecessary information, nor will I rush you off your feet. Try to think of it as a friend popping over to help you out. This is not a training course.

Price

I charge £100 (£150 within M25) for up to 8 hours of time covering everything you want to know. There is no hourly rate or hidden charges.
